Kamyar Sadeghi

Dr. Kamyar Sadeghi is Co-Founder and Head of Technology at PivotQ. He is an enterprise technology leader, cloud architect, and hands-on builder with more than two decades of experience designing and delivering secure, scalable, production-grade software platforms for complex organizations.

His background spans enterprise software, cloud architecture, business process automation, product development, and engineering leadership across demanding industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and enterprise technology. He has led engineering teams, managed complex technology programs, mentored developers, coordinated distributed development efforts, and helped bring mission-critical systems from concept through deployment.

Kamyar is known for translating ambiguous business problems into clear technical architectures and practical solutions. In recent years, he has developed deep hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, agentic AI applications, and modern cloud-based software delivery. His work focuses on using AI to accelerate solution design, prototyping, workflow automation, and enterprise software development while maintaining strong engineering discipline, security, reliability, and real-world validation.

At PivotQ, he focuses on practical and responsible applications of AI, automation, cloud modernization, and operational intelligence. He helps clients evaluate where technology can improve decision-making, streamline workflows, modernize legacy processes, and create real business value without sacrificing control, governance, or long-term reliability.

Kamyar is also the inventor of a patented 360-degree view method that improves how organizations visualize, analyze, and monitor end-to-end business processes. This reflects his broader focus on turning complex operations into clear, actionable insights, an essential foundation for deploying AI in real-world enterprise workflows.

He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University, where his research focused on object-oriented databases and software maintenance. He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Pacific.
